Customer service was great, no pressure neither rush. Vasile did great. My biggest surprise came when I was ready to get approved and close the sale, then I gave my card Natalia and she noticed that I could get a better deal and a lower interest rate if I finance using my own bank. Regular expectation from a dealer or salesperson is just close the sale, get the money from the customer and bye bye. They really showed interest in helping me and as a result I was able to receive from my bank a way lower interest rate. A plus for that. My only concern is that you don't expect to leave the dealership and the first stop to make be a gas station. Yes that happen to me. As courtesy I think that the car should come with a full tank or at least not empty. Besides that, the experience was pretty cool.
