I was in the market for a specific vehicle. A 2008-2011 e90 BMW 328xi, automatic transmission w/sport package and paddle shifters. I came across a vehicle listed by World Auto Sales that had the options mentioned above. The car looked great online, and after talking to Paul at World Auto Sales, I decided that I had to have it. Despite my 2 unsuccessful multiple- hour trips to other dealers during the past week, I decided to put down a deposit on the vehicle to hold it for me for 7 days. Their great reviews online made me feel confident in what I was doing, but speaking to Paul really sealed the deal. He told me that he personally rode in the car for about 40 miles, and that it drove very well. I made plans with Paul to see the car in 2 days at my first opportunity. Paul called me back later to see how I was getting to their dealership, in case I needed help with a ride from the train station, or something like that. When I arrived on Monday, the car was right by the front door, clean and shining in the sunshine, just waiting for me to drive it. After my 2 other bad experiences during the week, I couldn't believe that the car looked even better than in the pictures! The car was almost perfect, despite being 9 years old. I met with Paul and went for a quick ride before finalizing the deal. It's only flaw was some peeling and flaking around the sides of the steering wheel (a known problem with these model BMWs). Paul even offered to help me remedy the peeling if he could figure out some way that day to do so. All in all, it was a great experience from start to finish. Great communication all along. I already look forward to my next car purchase from World Auto Sales!!!
