I bought a 2003 BMW 530I from World Class Auto. I drove the car over several days and detected an issue with the suspension. I called Alex and George at the dealership. They asked me to return the car for a diagnostics check and to determine what repairs were needed. The car was past the 30 day warranty and I was concerned that I would have to pay the repair bill. Both Georges re-assured me that they would do whatever it took to repair the car free of charge. Not only did they repair the "Bimmer" but gave me a loaner Volvo to drive. When I picked up the car, George took the time to show me the actual cause of my trouble which was a bent rear wheel and much to my suprise, they had detailed my car including Amoral on the tires. The car was pristine and showroom perfect. I would definitely buy a second or third car from these guys. Sometimes dealerships get a bum rap but it is refreshing to find a dealership that goes the extra mile!
