Honest People

The Toyota Prius we were interested in was out on the road being used as a demo vehicle when we first arrived, despite having called ahead. They had tried to notify us, but were unable to contact us in time to spare us the 1.5 hour drive. Needless to say, we were quite disappointed, but they apologized and gave us $50 cash to go out for dinner, with no obligation to come back later that evening when the car would be back. We ate dinner and then came back, and ended up buying the car. By this time, the shop was closed, and so they asked me to come back the next week for a free oil change and inspection, which I did with no problems. George and Alex will keep their word, and will go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of.
