Long distance buyer VERY HAPPY!

I was searching for a very hard to find vehicle and the internet dropped me off on their doorstep! I called and spoke with Vasile. Each time I called with a question, he either answered or was quickly located for me. The woman answering the phone was very courteous and kind. I took a bus from Virginia to Philadelphia and was met at the bus station by a lovely woman who arrived in my car! She drove us back to the dealership. My husband requested they lift the car so he could check under the vehicle for damage and it was up on the lift in minutes. The car was very clean inside and out, even clear sheets of plastic laid on all floor boards. They had the car fax report readily available. There were bags of chips, popcorn and chocolate for us as well as coffee and iced water. When I did not have all the money with me at time of sale, we smoothly came to an agreement that worked well for both of us. It is a very laid back environment and everyone was kind, spoke to us very nicely, smiled and made eye contact, which is important to me;) my car was listed way below retail and was a once in a lifetime deal! I'm very happy and my family is too! My husband left his request to look for an SUV and we plan to take another trip back once they find what we are looking for! In addition, my mother has asked us to help her find a car soon and that is where I will be headed. Most dealers slap an As Is sign on the window quicker than they can say sold, but I received a free 30 day power train warranty. They have selected great cars. My husband is a mechanic and he commented "someone knows what they're doing. They know what they're looking for." They don't buy just anything and stick it on the lot, you can tell they care about what they do and their reputation is important to them.
