Positive business dealings

I purchased a 2007 VW Eos from World Auto Sales after finding on Cars.com. I am in Texas, and purchased from Pennsylvania. I've never purchased a vehicle over the internet before, but Alex at World Auto sales walked me through the process and was trustworthy every step of the way. They sold me when we talked about price - no additional fees, pressure sales, or any of that kind of stuff. They offer fair pricing upfront which is a welcome relief from the heavy markups and hours-long negotiation process that most dealerships work. Alex was very responsive to all of my inquiries. They also had the best shipping price that I could find in transporting my car to Texas for me. We mailed important documents, and Alex was responsive and helpful in getting my Texas registration papers settled, even after the sale. Purchasing the car site unseen was a bit scary, but their upfront good business dealings gave me alot of confidence. In the end, I'm happy with the car, and happy with the service. I'd do business with them again and would recommend to a friend. Most importantly, I'm really enjoying my car! Kurt L.
