I was in the market for a specific vehicle. A 2007-2011 e90 BMW 328xi, automatic with sport package and paddle shifters. After driving over an hour twice in the past week to see 2 different vehicles that had these options that I had wanted, I came across a similar vehicle listed by World Auto Sales. The car looked great online, and after talking to Paul at World Auto Sales, I decided that I had to have it. I felt confident enough after reading their great reviews online, but speaking to Paul sealed the deal. He told me that he personally rode in the car for about 40 miles, and that it drove well. He also went over the carfax with me over the phone, pointing out any information on it that a buyer might find relevant and answered the few questions that I had. After about 20-25 minutes of thinking about the car and of the 2 trips I made in the past week to see similar vehicles, I called back to put a hold on the car. My deposit ensured that World Auto Sales would hold the car for me for up to 7 days, so that I wouldn't fear that the car would sell before I could come to see it. Paul called me back later on to see how I was getting to their place, to offer their help in case I needed a ride from the train station. When I arrived on Monday, the clean, shiny car was right outside of the front door waiting for me. It looked even better than in the pictures! The car seemed close to perfect, despite being 9 years old. I met with Paul and we went for a quick ride before filling out the car purchase paperwork. The car's only flaw was some peeling and flaking around the sides of the steering wheel (a known problem with this specific BMW sport steering wheel.) Paul even offered to help to remedy the peeling wheel if he could figure out a way to do so before I left there. All in all, it was a great experience from start to finish. Communication was timely and thorough all along. You really feel like you are dealing with someone you can trust, as opposed to dealing with people who give you the feeling that they are trying to pull one over on you. I am already looking forward to my next car purchase from World Auto Sales!!!
